Veraalba Santa is a bi-lingual Puerto Rican Actor based in NYC. Santa has worked with award winning directors, choreographers and filmmakers such as Paul Zimet from TALKING BAND (City of no Illusions-2019), Lynne Sachs (Your Day is My Night-2012), The Washing Society (2018), Arí Maniel Cruz (¿Quién Eres Tú?-2018), Sally Silvers (If You Try-2017) and ALONG- 2018) and Viveca Vázquez (Chewing English, Hemispheric Institute CORPOLITICS in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2009). She studied Meisner Technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre (NYC). Holds a BA in Drama from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras. Santa has presented her original choreographic work in La MaMa Moves Dance Festival, Food For Thought at St.Marks Church, was a Gibney Work Up 3.0 Artist, LA ESPECTACULAR Residency (Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico) & was awarded the Emergency Grant from The Foundation of Contemporary Art.

Member of CABORCA Theater since 2013 (The Entitlement, Hamlet, Zoetrope, Floridita, my Love) and The Actors Center.
